Delivery turn around times are as important to us and they are to you and we will endeavour to get your order to you as quickly as is humanly possible. It all depends on where you are located, and what products you have ordered. We do not hold high volumes of stock so may need to order in from our suppliers.
But as a general rule, if we have the stock available at HQ:
Cape Town area: 2-4 working days
Other main centres: 3-6 working days
Outlying areas: 4-7 working days
If we need to order your stock in from the supplier:
If your parcel is very wet or damaged upon arrival, or shows signs of having been tampered with, you should either sign for it as ‘Arrived Damaged’ or refuse to sign for it and have it returned to us.
Please contact us immediately if this happens. If you sign for your parcel and subsequently find that something inside is damaged, please take photos of the damaged box and contents and email them to us immediately so that we can arrange a replacement for you.
Similarly if you find we have delivered the incorrect products (silly us!), please send us a photo and we will arrange an exchange as fast as possible.
We hold limited stocks of most drinks at HQ. If we don't have stock it will be marked as such on the product page with an option to PRE-ORDER and the approx lead time it will take to get to us from the supplier.
There are times when an item is also temporarily out of stock with our supplier and not expected to come back into stock for some time.
We will contact you to keep you updated on any delays and give you the opportunity to select an alternative item or to wait for the product to come back into stock.
Unfortunately, no we can’t. We need your order to arrive in perfect, unbroken condition with plenty of protective packaging which naturally does not allow for any pretty gift wrapping.
Do contact us though if it's for a really special occasion and we will see what we can do to add a gift message and make the delivery extra special! You can leave a message in the 'Additional notes' field at checkout.
