Norah’s Valley Satin Sparkling 2020 is a premium de-alcoholised sparkling wine made of the finest Sauvignon Blanc grapes  from the Western Cape Wine of Origin Appellation.  Less than 0.5% alcohol, low in sugar and officially dry. The Norah’s Valley Satin Sparkling has a vibrant sparkle, is low in calories, and the result is a crisp delicate bodied wine.

Tasting Note

In the glass, the wine is a pale golden straw with vibrant bubbles rushing to the surface. The aromas are of bright sub-tropical fruits, desiccated pineapple, passion fruit and ripe mango. The palate is delicate and generous and alive with the aromas making a reprise with winter melon and sweet tropical limes at the ending. Well balanced and harmonious. Nice dry finish.

Norah's Valley and Drink Nil - Five Stars for Norah's Valley - One for Drink nil

Norah's Valley products are all amazing and I give each one five stars.

However, my experience with Drink Nil was one star at the most. The order was late, the customer service appalling, to the point where I didn't have enough bottles for an event.
I will not be buying through Drink Nil again.

A lovely dry bubbly in a beautiful bottle. Tastes a LOT like real bubbles - my friends were surprised. I will definitely keep buying.

Tastes just like real bubbles

I took a bottle of this to a function, and people kept mistaking my drink for their (alcoholic) bubbles. Its dry and crisp, not at all like the sparkling grape juice old-school alternative for bubbles.
