Tasting Note
In the glass, the wine is a pale golden straw with vibrant bubbles rushing to the surface. The aromas are of bright sub-tropical fruits, desiccated pineapple, passion fruit and ripe mango. The palate is delicate and generous and alive with the aromas making a reprise with winter melon and sweet tropical limes at the ending. Well balanced and harmonious. Nice dry finish.
I took a bottle of this to a function, and people kept mistaking my drink for their (alcoholic) bubbles. Its dry and crisp, not at all like the sparkling grape juice old-school alternative for bubbles.
